Martins Cages can only be shipped via Federal Express
Ground and cannot be delivered to Post Office Boxes. During
checkout please select Federal Express as the shipping method
to calculate shipping rates. International customers select
USPS Air Parcel Post.
Please note, all of Martins Cages are shipped in broken
down form, that is, they are not assembled. Assembly instructions
and all hardware necessary are included with all cages.
Cages are not shipped assembled due to the damage and rough
handling that can and frequently does occur in shipping.
Damaged or missing parts:
We make every effort to ensure that your order is packaged
correctly and safely. If a problem does occur, please call
within 7 days of receiving your order and we will replace
the missing or damaged part. If your cage is damaged in
shipping, please file a report with FEDEX. We will send
you a new cage as soon as FEDEX verifies your report with

it must be in new, unused condition. The original invoice
must be included. We will then refund the purchase price
(less shipping charges) or give you credit for another cage,

Martins Cages are tested for safety and durability, however,
if directions are not followed when assembling a cage, we
can not be held responsible for accidents.
We recommend you wash your new cage before using. Galvanized
after-weld cages can be neutralized with a 50% vinegar/50%
