Shipping Policy

Your order is immediately confirmed via e-mail (an e-mail address is required when ordering online for security purposes). Please review your order carefully, as well as your shipping and billing address. Contact us via phone or e-mail with any changes. Chinchillas.com will fulfill your order in accordance with the order information we receive. We are not responsible for errors in order information.

If your complete order is in stock, it will be shipped immediately. In most cases, orders received by 12PM CST will ship that day via the shipping method you select (orders do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). Orders received after that time will ship the following day.

Please note: Chinchillas.com makes every effort to ensure that you receive your purchase in a timely manner. We use United Parcel Service for your convenience. We will assist you in tracking your packages or obtaining reimbursement, but Chinchillas.com is not responsible once your package has been received by UPS. We always insure your packages for the total amount of your purchase for your protection.

If we have any questions regarding your order, we will attempt to contact you first via e-mail, and in certain cases we will also confirm your selections by phone. It is important that we can reach you in these cases. We will not contact you for any other purpose.

International Order / Customs Policies

International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are charged by your government when the package reaches your country. Any additional charges must be paid by the customer.

Customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office or a customs brokerage company for further information. Additionally, when ordering from us, as the importer, you must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.
