New User Registration

You must complete all three of the following steps in order to become a registered member of our site. Chinchillas.com reveiws and approves New User Registration applications as they are submitted. E-mail sales@chinchillas.com, or call +001.785.336.6833 between the hours of 10am and 6pm (Central Standard Time) with any questions you may have during the registration process.

Step 1 - Complete Registration Form
Fill out the form below as accurately as possible. Be sure to include a valid e-mail address where you can be reached, since this is where your temporary password will be sent once your account has been approved.

Step 2 - Receive User ID & Temporary Password
You will then receive an email from us with your User ID, temporary password, and instructions for Finalizing Your Registration.

Step 3 - Finalize Your Registration
Once you have completed steps 1 and 2 you must Finalize Your Registration before you can use your account by accepting the user agreement and completing your account information.

Note: You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a user on this site. Be aware that we will not give out your information to any other company, but will use it only for our own internal use. Please make sure your mail reading program doesn't have filters enabled which would block email from our server. You will not be able to access the site without the information in your confirmation email.
